SnugglePaws Shipping Policy

At SnugglePaws, each pair of dog slippers is handmade and custom-crafted to order. Because of this, production and delivery times are different from mass-produced products.

📦 Processing & Production Time

Every pair of slippers is handmade after your order is placed.

  • Standard production time: 4–8 weeks
  • During peak seasons (holidays, etc.), production may take longer due to high demand
  • Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final once production begins

We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, but true handmade work takes time.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is finished, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Estimated shipping time: 10–25 business days depending on your location
  • Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped
  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues (outside our control)

📮 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package, please contact your local carrier first, as they have the most accurate delivery information.


Important Shipping Information

Incorrect Addresses

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly and the order has already been processed or shipped:

  • We cannot replace or refund the order
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.


Lost in Transit

  • If a package is lost in transit, we may offer a one-time replacement at no cost
  • If a package is marked as delivered, we cannot offer a replacement unless the carrier confirms an error

Shipping Protection

If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, it will cover lost or damaged packages based on the protection policy terms.


🌍 Customs & International Orders

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing.

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility

🛠 Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because each pair of slippers is handmade and custom:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed or production begins

Replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.
