NaughtyChefApron Return & Refund Policy
At NaughtyChefApron, every pair of dog slippers is handmade and custom-crafted to order. Because each item is uniquely created for every customer, our return and refund policies differ from stores that sell mass-produced products.
❌ All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- No refunds
- No returns
- No exchanges
- No cancellations once an order is placed or production has started
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send a replacement.
To receive a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Include your order number for faster assistance
We will review your case and send a replacement if approved.
No refunds will be issued for damaged or defective items — only replacements.
📦 Lost Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, we may offer a one-time replacement at no cost
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service first, as they have the most accurate delivery information
We cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered unless the shipping carrier confirms an error.
🏠 Incorrect Addresses
If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, and the order has already been processed or shipped:
- We cannot refund or replace the order
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
🐾 Custom-Made Items
Every pair of slippers is crafted specifically for you.
Because of this, we cannot resell returned items, which is why all sales are final.
